– Less Than Jake is my favorite band, this is no secret. There is a reason for this. They always have a knack for stating exactly how feel at any given moment, this would be now. -From their newest album GNV FLA.

Tony Romo takes a homeless man to the movies.  →
This article borders on Chuck Norrisism. Especially with the paragraph towards the end: “Romo reportedly also changed the tire of a couple on the way home the night of the season opener and showed up to a high school pep rally with actor Will Smith earlier this week. He confirmed the encounter with Doc but wouldn’t elaborate.” What can’t this guy do!

A Recording Blog With Word Play Like This Can't Be...
Death By Protools. A blog. Also a motto which I live by. I just recently found this blog, and while most of the content is geared towards more entry level recording folks, I had to give this article mad props. Mainly because of the title of the post. What the heck is a Gobo? It’s just Baffling!

One of those days
I had a day today. It all started innocently enough, I woke up, drove to work, worked, drove home, none for the worse. I went to praise team rehersal where it was noted that I looked depressed. I didn’t feel depressed, I felt normal, but apparently I looked sad. I didn’t think much of it, and then I had a moment. It was the kind of moment that inspires great writers to put their...

It's A Trap!
I checked my podcasts today and saw one titled “Sexy Pancakes” and I got really excited for a new “You Look Nice Today”. And then I saw that it was a new MacBreak Weekly. Foiled again!

Redundancy
There is nothing quite as funny as a sportscaster yelling out: “Touchdown. In The Endzone!” Last time I checked, a touchdown can’t happen outside of the endzone.

Today was a day of realisations
The foremost being: Obama has won the next presidency, and Penn State lost. It’s a tough time to be an old Pennsylvanian.

Obama Wins, the MLB continues to be stupid.
In fairness, not the MLB as a whole, more the agents and so called “high-dollar” talent. See, when Obama takes office, apparently the highest tax bracket will see a raise from 35% to 39.5% This is concerning apparently, as the average MLB player makes 3 million dollars a year. I’m not even sure which tax bracket this falls under, but lets say it’s in the top. The average...

Fantasy Election
Watching the election results come in on the web feels an awful lot like watching my fantasy football score on Sunday. It is quite entertaining. Also, I am watching Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert on Comedy Central’s Indecision’08 spectial. Best quote so far. “The next president will also be inheriting a major financial crisis, some Americans are now emailing Nigerians posing...
