Inner city youth scare Police with new “plain white” Graffiti
A new trend is developing in urban neighborhoods across the country. An art style comprising of masterfully sprayed white walls. The new trend is remarkably unsettling for local police forces, many voicing concerns that the new fad will cut down on hundreds of meaningless arrests and excuses to waste time tormenting children.
“Pretty soon, we’re going to be forced to investigate actual crimes,” said Officer McKlagy, a local officer with the Cleveland Police Department.
Many minority activists are angered by the inner-cty youth choosing the color white, claiming that they would have liked to see the youth express a more modern mood. Al Sharpton commented, “My interior decorator keeps telling me Muave is hot right now, if only these kids could have consulted with an expert first.”
None the less, law enforcement and minority leaders are not the only ones experiencing frustration in the midst of this fad. One such artist on the forefront of this new style stated, “It’s gratifying to be recognized, but as soon as we make our carefully sculped plain white murals, they are painted over with dated gang tags, and other low brow grafitti.” The artist is a midwestern white female, Julie Calendar, speaking on behalf of the local chapter of Madison, Wisconson Young Life.
Seriously though, it would make a great article for “The Onion”
